Jay continues to be the standard for counseling strategies in my life. Very sorry to hear of his passing. However, the phrasing, “faith has become sight” is a beautiful attribution and testimony of how he lived his life. Coming up against the phenomena of, “They will not endure sound counsel,” speaks of Jay’s relentless doggedness in adhering to the pure and efficacious scriptures when ministering to those who were given, “ears to hear.” I loved his ministry and his unsullied reputation as a Gof-fearing man of God.
