Too many preachers starve their congregations by trying to fed them ‘the law’…to make them better.
The law needs to be proclaimed in it’s fullness…not to make ‘better’ (it can only make one worse for righteousness sake)…but to expose us and our great need of a Savior.
And of course, that’s where the true meat comes in of the gospel. To raise us again to new life after the law has done it’s job of killing us off.
