What you see on Amazon are used copies of older versions of Jay's CCNT/P. They are not sold by Amazon but by third parties. I would urge you NOT to buy a used copy that way. Lack of availablity in Canada is not our decision. Amazon will not sell the new edition because of the expensive hoops they make sellers jump through to do so. The other books we publish are distributed through Ingram which already has a relationship with Amazon.

We do not ship from our bookstore to Canada because of the shipping costs. We would have to charge $20 US for each NT. Again, this is not our decision, but that of the Post Office. If you would still like us to send a copy and are willing to pay shipping to Canada, we would be glad to send you a copy. Call the bookstore and they will be glad to help you.

How CAN I receive this book when I live in Canada? I have had four of Dr. Adams books on counselling. I was able to get them through our bookstores many years ago and now I have donated them to our Seminary here in Edmonton, Alberta Canada. I do want this translation of New Testament and Proverbs.....but have no contacts in South Carolina that might get it for me. So what option do I have? In Amazon used one are going for about $350-$500 CAD! I cannot believe it.

Dr. Adams,

Thank you for your exhaustive work of labor over the Holy Scriptures to bring this well-needed translation to edify the body of Christ and use in ministry toward others. Truly, you are a treasure given to us all. May God continue to use you in His service. Much appreciation and Godspeed.

How exciting, your explanation is perfect and needed. You are most correct in that a pastoral heart is needed in approaching translation and finally we have one linked together with scholarship.
Thank you.
