Just a word first, before you contact us.

We are glad to hear from students, pastors, counselors, friends, and even those who might have an ax to grind. Please understand, however, that time limitations and experience have dictated that we establish the following policies:

  • The best way to reach me is by email. However, if you have emailed me, please be patient. I try to answer email as quickly as possible but at times it can take several weeks. From time to time I am on the road and not able to respond and there are times I have to push away from such things to focus on a project that has a deadline attached to it.
  • I do not respond to anonymous email. That includes any communication that has only a name attached to it without any further explanation of who you are, where you live, or the context from which you write.
  • I simply cannot get involved in counseling situations via email or over the phone. Please do not write explaining your situation and ask us to counsel with you. Instead, ask if I know of a good counselor in your area to whom I can refer you.
  • Feel free to call me during normal, eastern time-zone hours. If I am free to talk, I would love to spend some time speaking with you. If I am out of the office or just not able to speak at the time of your call, you will get my machine. If you simply need to leave me a message, please do so. If you need to speak with me it is better to just try calling back later rather than ask me to call you back. This will help me avoid playing phone tag.

Contact Donn.

The best way to reach Donn is via email.

Feel free to phone him anytime at his office number, but you will probably get his answering machine. If so, just try again later.

Sorry, he does not post his cell phone number online.
