The fool has said in his heart, God does not exist      (HCSB)

He may not say it out loud, but he’s a fool anyway. What makes him a “fool?” The simple fact that—like every other fool—he claims to know more than he is capable of knowing. How can he know here is no God?  God may be exactly the place where he looked for him last, but he is no longer there!

The fool is one, wherefore who tells himself that for which he has no basis in fact.
